Coming up on BK13 disappearance!

My wife and I were discharged from our BK13 in April 2023. The journey has been a long one and with the impending disappearance of the BK13 (and all the baggage that came with it) about to fall off our credit history in March 2025, I've decided to join this community and enjoy the ride back up the scoreboard. 

Anyway, I'm new here but just wanted to let others know that it's a long road but you can make it back!

my 13 was discharged 12/27/22 (filed 11/17/17)- already off TU, that F8 score jumped from low 700's to 808 currently, EX should drop anyday now F8 currently 708, EQ - eh....not poking the bear

Congratulations on the end of your BK! Sounds like you're super close to qualifying for EE on TU.

@MissLiz I saw that on these forums!  Maybe as early as September!  I'm super pumped about that!!

Will it EE on its own or do I need to dispute it on TU?  Say if October rolls around...

It likely won't do it on its own. You'll need to call or ask online. Make sure you clarify it's not a dispute and you're asking for it to be removed as "too old to report." Good luck!

@noonway  Congratulations! My chapter13 is expected to fall off October 26th this year. I'm counting down the days and hoping they fall off early. Once October 27th comes and it's not removed they're all getting phone calls lol.

Congratulations!!! I’m celebrating with you!! My BK13 discharged 8/23….we are looking forward to November when ours should be removed. EX dropped off already, now just waiting on EQ & TU.

for me TU dropped 6 months early (actually at the start of that month too) EX dropped exactly 90 days before ... waiting on EQ now (TU & EX Fico8 jumped 100 points each once it dropped, at 808 for both now)
