LVNV is a collection agency. You should have received a demand letter from them... at which time you have 30 days to dispute. Their letter should also state the name of the original creditor. Personally, I would call them, determine the original creditor and make sure it was included in the BK. If it was, dispute the account with them by sending a certified letter, return receipt requested... demanding that they remove this from all CRAs. They probably won't respond, but you can then use their non-response to dispute with the CRA, along with proof that this item was included in the BK.
Really, the only reasons to contact LVNV would be to: 1) determine the name of the original creditor so you can 2) make sure it was included in the BK. If it was, follow the dispute process. If it wasn't... ut oh! Maybe a Statute of Limitations things, too?
PS: I work for a collections attorney. They usually don't "respond" if you're right because there's no money in it and they're too busy chasing legit dollars. Some might. Most won't. Hope this helps.
