Rebuild process and pending car purchase

Hey guys so BK Discharged 05/31/2019 and shows on all accounts.  Here is what I have done so far. Burned everything but home loan reaffermed was not upside down... however Chase sold it after the BK cleared to M&T Bank I hope I dont have issues with it posted to my reports due to the sale of my loan... I have copies of the reaffrim so If I have to fight M&T I have the proof.

1 Did self lender have that on autopay posted on all 3 accounts

2 Credit One Bank $300.00 limit have Paid year fee off have 10.00 always on it set to autopay posted to all 3 accounts

3 OpenSky secured $200.00 limit no pull funded has not posted to any accounts will keep 10-15 a month on it

4 Planning Car Purchase waiting for OpenSky to post to accounts

Current scroes Experian 576 Credit Karma Transunion 644 Equifax 653 

planing on vehicle purchse within 90 days Applied with Capital 1 Auto Navagator came back will contact me with in 3 days needed more research.

Have I missed anything?  After Car purchase I am done with any new Credit going to let it build?

Not much more you can do for now. Since you have a mortgage. You only need 1 installment loan. So self lender wasn't really needed. But it doesnt hurt at the moment. Look into credit unions you could join for the car loan. Time is now your best friend. Wait 6-8 months and try to get a 3rd card. Then your set with the FICO bonus. Slow and steady wins the race. Nowhere to go but up now. Spread out apps down the road. And it will all fall into place. Good Luck!

Everything looks good as far as the mix that I see people say you need. 

Only other thing I can think of is becoming an authorized user on someone's accounts in great standing???
