Congrats on your Amazon/Synchorny Net 55 Business Credit Line . . . I look forward to applying for a LOC soon . . . but I want to identify an issuer that won't do a hard pull . . . that probably means I will need to stick with Amex.

This Amazon Net 55 BLOC was not a hard pull. But if you are referring to a regular LOC for cash use on a soft pull, try Citizens BLOC. It IS a soft pull if you select Business Line of Credit, but is a Hard Pull if you select Loan. They generally seem to request 3 business bank statements.
