Applied for chase ink no pull and no confirmation email

I applied for chase ink last night after submitting app it says please wait 7-10 days and app went in review. Usually with chase apps they will credit report imeditately but until today still nothing anyone ever had this happen

Sure you didnt have any or your 3 CB's frozen?  Although could be EQ which has a slight delay as well in reflecting inquiries sometimes

nope nothing frozen, tried calling automated system keep saying

the status of your application is not yet avalaible

Yes I had similar experience as well after submitting App 11/9/23. "Under review" is stated online. Then, two hours later recieved Email from Chase requesting additional proof of DOB and Address. They provided a Document Download Link' (something new from Chase), I downloaded DL and Mortgage  documents. Has anyone gone thru this procedures and does this mean positive news with Approval? Thank you All...

UPDATE:

Hello Again Ya'll,

Chase just sent me a Congratulations Approval Email for Chase Sapphire Preferrer credit card. 

Generous Credit Line: 16,800. Not Bad. 

So I want to just Confirm on Post that If Chase does ask for additional verification documents, They Will send you an Email with An "Upload Link". I believe this is Chase new way vs. the Old fashion way of Fax and/or mail them Documentation. Hope this will Shine some light/hope to anyone Out there.. Cheers !!!!!
