Almost all of us have gotten the same thing. I've been waiting a couple of weeks now and still no activation.
@SouthJamaica how have you been trying to activate - by calling or thru the online portal? its so strange your still having so many issues with them

Not many issues, just one 
I just go online attempting to activate. A few days ago I called customer service just for the heck of it; that's how I learned it's in the "compliance department", as opposed to "the back office".
