My CL is only $5k and as of today it remains untouched. Received a use it or lose it in 60 days letter at the end of June. Because of the low CL I only use this card once a year. Just did a $5 amz biz reload today to keep it active.

Update:
So the letter finally arrived....an entire month late....
The letter stating two points for my CLD:
The first as the rep explained over the phone about small business insecurity and the risk aversion.
The second being I was outside their lending area. Now its odd, that I have Citizen Bank Branches near me...very few but they exist. I know they're predominantly East Coast and I am West.....but considering the account is 3+ years old...this seems like another canned excuse.
