No prob. If he got approved, then he's definitely lucky. SP applies only if denied for the card. Approvals get a hard hit on TU.

I like Webank. I currently have x2 Webank backed Personal credit cards in the sock drawer and leveraging my 3rd PayPal Working Capital loan backed by Webank and it doesn't report to either, Personal or business. Basically an invisible credit/loan line.
I'll more than likely App for the Webank PayPal Biz credit card at the end of next month or early May.
I have nothing bad to say about Synchrony or Webank really. No issues with either one. But then, I don't mash the cli button to pad Utilization with limits I'll never use or that I can't pif each month.
