Well I must say the customer service was very smooth and quick, and the process entirely painless. I called US Bank, asked if I could change my business platinum card into a cash rewards card without a hard pull or new account, and the rep said yes, quickly explained my options, and did it... 1-2-3. Very professionally handled.

That's a quality upgrade.
@SouthJamaica Well done. Do you get the current SUB/rewards when you do a product change? I ask because I currently have the Biz Cash World Elite and I was thinking I had to apply seperately to get the Triple Cash.
That's great news! Congrats on the product change! ![]()
I have to call them later about an "upgrade for 20k points" offer on my old cash+ to the altitue go so I am glad to hear it may be a painless call. Coincidentally, I just received an approval email for the Triple Cash business visa card this morning. It's my very first business card so I am rather excited.
Forgive me for going off topic SouthJamaica, but I was wondering if that NFCU business card in your signature reports to the personal bureas. Thanks in advance.

NFCU Biz cards do not report to personal.
Thanks for the answer, jaxstraw!

I doubt it.

No, it does not.
The only business cards of which I am aware that report to personal are TD Bank, Discover, and Capital One.
