I am trying to find out which card companies will let you apply for two cards with one HP. I am trying to make sure that I know before I try to app. Can I app for two Chase cards in the same day or do I have to wait 30 days between apps? What about Cap1 can I app for more than one card with them? Any information on this subject will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
With Chase it's possible to do a 2 for 1. Also with Amex depending on the cards you apply for it's possible. An Amex guru needs to chime in on this..
BofA is another, I believe it's possible to get two cards on a single pull. I haven't tried this myself, seen others do it.
Citi could also, though I've never tried.
Cap One did allow this, if I'm not mistaken their system now only allows one app in a 30 day period. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I've done two charge cards with AMEX in a day, and I know you can do 1 charge and 1 revolver. I'm not sure about two revolvers.
I'm not sure about Citi, but it should be noted that they only allow one bonus per 'product family' every 24 months. Prestige and other TY Premier/Preferred are a family, so you would probably have to look at something like TY and DC. You would need someone to confirm the ability to get a two for one, however.
Cap1 is definitely out. 1 card every 30.
Chances of a Citi doing it are very slim. While not set in stone, most often they require 8 days between your first two applications.

That's right, I forgot they had a set number days in-between their apps.
