AMEX APP ERROR

Tried applying for Amex back in sept. but had a freeze on EX report. Freeze is no longer there but everytime I try to apply it cancels my application. Gave them a call they said that there systems says I still have a freeze on my report but I do not. Even checked with EX. Is there anyway to fix this.

If they sent you a letter for denial the first time you have to wait at least 30 days before they'll consider a new app.  If you're already a member a denial translates into 90 day wait.  They're probably stuck in limbo if the other app didn't completely deny.  Check the status and it will help point you in the right direction with them.
