AMEX CLI On NAME Level every 6 months

I have 3 Cards with Amex

Blue, Everyday, Schwabb

I got an auto increase on the Blue Card in October 19, 2017 from the system, I thought I could get an increase on the Schwab Account so I did the Credit Line increase link, was denied, called them, they told me its 1 Credit Line increase every 6 months on the NAME LEVEL not the indivual card. 

They told me to try again on April 19

That's correct.  An individual can only get a CLI every 180 days and AMEX regards all credit/charge cards held by an individual as a single account.
