Along the lines of "Participating in a debt relief, or credit counseling services, etc." But it is completely invalid, im not in any type of those programs or behind on any loans. So i talked to a few people from Amex and they said they cant do anything about it coming straight from Experian report. I had to call Experian and they said they didnt know why that showed up then the rep told me it looked like it's possible i have a double profile and thats popping up, so they made a note about and hopefully taking care of it.
Starting Score: 512had the same thing happen to me about 4 months ago i made a post about it tried three months later got a 3x increase everything seems fine now.

Do you happen to have student loans that that got enrolled into a payment freeze or something similar (or a co-signer for one)? I had a similar reason a few years ago. I am a cosigner on a student loan and the student had signed up for deferrments for several months. That enrollment prevented me from CLI's for a few months, even with otherwise perfect payment history on the loan, and all my own accounts.

No i have ZERO student loans, no credit repair services or debt consolidating programs.

Ah, that is strange then. I would suggest pulling all your reports from the annualcreditreport site (you can get them weekly for now) and check if there are any strange remarks on any of the accounts, and then try again in 30 days see if it works. Good luck.
