DH and I attempted to apply for AMEX BCP but this message came up after submitting app. Has anyone ever seen this? Just trying to figure out if I should submit again. I didn't use the back button as it says. It was just working and then this message popped up.

Call the new accounts department. They can let you know if there's additional info needed or if it "needs further review". If they just need more info then you'll likely get approved with the rep on the phone. The "needs further review" means it has been sent to the underwriter to review.
Somethig similar happened to me 3 weeks ago, it said the system was down and could not rocess the app, and to wait for a while and app again. Instead of doing that, i decided to check the status page, and to my suprise i found out that i was approved.
Call the number at the bottom of the status page. Ive had to do it 3 times for three different AMEXs. Just needed a verification that it was indeed me applying. Just did it right now for the PRG with the 50k rewards.
