I really want this card to complete my collection got discover and boa just need amex. Apped for it last month and got declined. How long should I wait before I reapply. Looks like the man reason is always that my loan balance is high and my first credit card is still too new so should I wait until after my discover turns 1 year old or. idk I just really want this card.
Hard to tell. I've seen approvals for AMEX recently that have me stumped, then also denials for people who appear to be in great position. I'd proceed with caution. More experienced people on here may need more info from you to weigh the risk...Fico Scores? Utilization? Other baddies? Etc.

EX score is like a 681 right now. utl 0 and no baddies just alot of inquires but they say AMEX isnt inquiry sensative.
