Hello all,
If I reapply AOD VS Siggy within 30 days, are they going to repull a new CR from EQ or used the old one? It's just i have paid off my personal loans, so it will lower the DTI for sure. That's the primary reason of the denial last time. Thanks.

The original membership pull is good for 30 days. Your recently paid off loans will need to report, so whether or not that will happen before the initial 30 days will be dependent upon the reporting date. You might want to give AOD a recon call to let them know about the change in DTI and see if they may accept some alternate form of verification, if your lender is not going to be reporting the new balances in time.
The report when they pulled didn't have the personal loan cleared out. The new report should as I had it as well from CK. I wanted them to actually pull a new HP since then it would reflect much lower debt burden on my end.

Have you called and spoke with them?,
I find they are super friendly and accommodating. (funny accents and all)
Entered under wrong thread. Nvm. Sorry.

I reapplied online and talked with the CSR and found out that they could not pull a new fresh credit report even if I requested it if the application is within 30 days. Then I asked the CSR to withdraw the application all together, and will wait for 30 days to pass. It's only 1.5 weeks left. :-)
That's new. When I applied they had to repull the application with a new HP each time. I put through 2 applications and both got denied due to paperwork issues. Must be something different for the approved versions. Regardless the lenders still need to report and AOD needs to fetch a new report which they do not want to pay for unless 30 days pass. I recommend that you just wait it out since everyone is trying to squeeze in.
