Ahh! Amazon/Chase has me shaking in my boots!

First I made a mistake...I meant to apply for the amazon store card but I applied for the amazon chase card.

So I applied 2 days ago but I have an alert on my credit file that makes creditors verify identity so I have to wait for a decision. They must have verified because I see that they pulled my Experian report today. Im scared! They are going to deny me...I just know it.

Also waiting on Barclaycard and Wells Fargo.

Completely unrelated, my Experian score went up 4 points after paying Fingerhut down! Yay me!

Now Ex is 646...Exp credit card score is 640

Thanks! I use Amazon a lot and Chase is a prime bank imo. I would cherish this card. lol

Oh goodness....I cant take it!

Got another myfico alert...Equifax went up 6 points due my fingerhut balance decrease. Myfico also reported 2 Eq inquiries. Amazon/Chase and Wells Fargo.EEEEEKKKKK!

Have you called Chase recon about your Amzon card? If NO, what are you waiting for? That is what the reconsideration line is for. Now, ring them and let us know what they say.

I don't know for sure that I was denied. I'm just guessing by my scores & their silence.

Should I go ahead and call the recon line? Like a preemptive strike? lol
