I was preapproved to borrow up to $20,000 for 60 months at the special discounted rate 6.90% APR.

Of course i didn't go with that limit but you simply cannot beat these great Alliant CU offers, and they arrive ever so many months for you.

I recently paid off a SSL by error so also got approved for another one. Plus a $20K Visa Platinum Card.

Never in a lifetime did i know Alliant CU was this good!

Ah yes. I see I received that summer loan option, only mine is up to $25,000.

Notice anything interesting when they mentioned Aliant credit limit increases? I wonder how often one can request an increase... My card is 11 months old, but doesnt get much use.

Hi Everybody!

Happy Saturday!

After reading this post, I joined Alliant and requested a transfer to fund the account. I also made a donation in order to qualify.

We'll see if I get any offers or pre-approval because I like the 0% Transfer fee on a BT and low interest even if it's only the first year!

I joined in late June, what kind of time frame do they have for pre-approved offers to start showing up? Are they just by email or do they also show on your account page? Thanks in advance for your input.
