hard to say. It varies. They send them out quarterly when they sp us. They are emailed as far as I know.

I appied for them a couple weeks ago and was denied membership dues to an old account they claim was charged off via chexsystems Any way I could possibly recon their decision?

I called today and the rep took my information and said that department would get back to me sometime tomorrow so we'll see what happens.
