Applied 8/1/16
Received approval email from a loan officer on 8/3/16
Received and activated credit card 8/12/16
already received my ATM card last Monday and free Printed checks last Tueday.
I'm pleased with Alliant in many ways so far!

Except... Adding the card to Apple pay seems to be a problem...The app directed me to call to verify and after getting transfered 4 times, I was told I needed to call back on Monday. (that department is closed on weekends).
Capital One and Barclay is very automated and I don't recall I even needed to talk to someone.

Most CUs aren't automated like banks when it comes to Apple Pay/Samsung Pay. You have to call in and get activated.
