AmEx Oasis Application Never Sent

I actually just realized that I was offered the Oasis card. Have all of the paperwork for it, but was NEVER sent the application. I contacted the CO department who said it was supposed sent. Then I got transferred to new accounts who have no idea what I am talking about. 

Literally spent 7 hours on the phone trying to get my Oasis card application. 

Has anyone else experienced this before? What else should I do or who can I contact?

I dont know about others. I was promised 2 Optima Card applications for 2 accounts that I paid in full. I received the applications on time as promised and applied for 1 card and received it in 10 days. Good luck with your application and Optima Card.
