Just to clarify, is your 9/24 based on inquiries or accounts? The 5/24 is based off accounts. Unless, you inquiries + the number of accounts is the same.
Also, how many new accounts in the past 12 months?

Ok, thanks for clarifying your DPs.
Most of the denials (from what folks have shared here + other blogs) have typically been with profiles 10/24 (and greater or beyond LOL), especially with those having a great portion of those in a 12 month period.

I had quite a few new accounts in the last 12 months as well. I guess I never thought about how much I have moved in the credit world till I look at the numbers lol

Besides here, there are plenty of posts about this on Reddit subs r/churning and r/CreditCards. I believe the highest DP I've seen of success is 9/24. It seems that Chase didn't completely do away with the 5/24 concept, but increased it.
