Yes!!! All my reports were frozen so I thawed them and still get the message.
Im not trying to apply as I'm in the garden but like to get an idea of my approval odds as I progress.
I'll give it more time maybe the unfreeze hasn't updated
Thanks for the heads up @SeeingTheLight! I checked and received the exact same message again. I guess no love from Chase. None of my reports are frozen.
Just tried about 2 min ago and still get the same thing.

I bet they wouldn't have any issue getting the report if we did the full app *suspicious* lol
Aw well, I thought they might've fixed it on their end...very sorry.
After some research, it appears that Chase is pulling Equifax in my area, hence the non-qualify. I will try again after my BK drops from that report next month and status again.
Just tried, for science, and it worked fine with congrats you're pre-approved. No SL or APR listed.
Big 3 aren't frozen, most minors are (Lexis, innovis, etc).
FWIW...

I couldn't get the pre-approval to work for me back in September so I finally said "Screw it." and applied any way. I got an initial $5,000 CL with an actual $6,000 CL when the card arrived in the mail. I think the pre-approval application is just plain buggy.
