Amazon Store Card CLI - Web or Phone?

I've got an Amazon SC, 4 months old, $2600 limit, spend around $500 a month on it, have some exercise equipment on the zero interest so have a rolling balance of about $600.  My FICO went from about 690 when approved to 730's now.  Going to try for a CLI just to get more overal available credit higher to decrease overall utilization.

I read some rumours in the past that the TU score they use can be dated?  Interestingly, I logged into TU and looked at my report and there ARE two "Account Review" inquiries showing both in December, one is listed as SYNCB/SYNCB and the other as SYNCB/AMAZON PLCC about 3 weeks apart from each other.

I was going to reduce my credit utilization with a large payment before requesting CLI to give my TU FICO score a boost.  Seems like to be safe, I should just call in the CLI request to make sure they get my most recent TU FICO score or does the website do a realtime soft pull?  Or does anyone really know?

I say go for it! My account was opened in August 2020 and I receently requested a CLI via web and I was approved for the requested amount. My TU score was 694 at the time.
