I last used the account in August 2022 and paid off the balance in September 2022. I haven't used it since I use the Amazon Prime Chase Card more often.

In this day and the uprise in CO's, Repo's, Foreclosures, CC Debt. No use isnt going to cut it. Its business. Use it and then ask.

No, it's due to having excessive TLs and/or large amounts of unused credit with them. But if you only have a few or one TL with relatively low limits, you should be fine as long as the rest of your profile is good.
That's good to know. I used it regularly for many years but started using Amazon Prime from Chase Card more often.
I will consider alternating my amazon purchases from my Prime CC and Store Card.
