I know a number of folks who've gotten back in with AMEX after they were IIB, one of whom burned them for upwards of $70,000.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

Do you have email address? I would like to give it a shot. Thanks!
if find it messge you email which had it year ago...
Really appreciate it. Let me know. Thanks a bunch.
I would be curious to hear if the email works also. I burned them for 12k when I was young and irresponsible and now 14 years later I still get the auto denial with 800+ and good income.
Wrong!
I included 2 Amex cards in my Bk7 and they approved me for the Amex Gold ,And Delta Platinum 5 years later

there are certainly datapoints such as your own with people getting back in, in my case I filed a 13 and did IIB them and I'm now 8 years later with a 809 Fico8 but every time I apply they reference the fact they closed my accounts in the past without pulling my CR

No, not "Wrong!"
Much of it comes down do how much you burned them for; those of us who burned them for well into 5-figure territory are unlikely to ever get back in, however, there is plenty of anecdotal evidence suggesting folks who burned them for less than 5-figures have a good chance of getting back in.

Did you find it? I never could track down a good contact there. I'm off the blacklist... I paid my charge-off (included in Ch 7), and it's been long enough since filing for me to get approved - but no dice.
I filed for bankruptcy in 2012, and I had been an AMEX customer since 1987. At the time of my filing, I had an AMEX Gold card that had a small $300. After 10 years in 2022, I was finally taken off of AMEX's black list and have been approved for its Gold, Bluecash Preferred 24k limit, Delta Skymiles 4k limit, and its Business Bluecash 10k limit preferred cards.
That's my data point.
