After I called, I was told by the representative that I will be receiving a letter within a few days and to follow instructions? Has anyone had this before? Advice please!
Also when I check status online it gives me the option to input my skymiles number but everytime I type it in, it says its invalid...

I applied for the Delta Gold Business on 7/2 (I have the Delta Gold AMEX from 4/2018). I received the call message. I called and they said there was some type of security error. The CSR processed it right then and I was approved for $3000.00 Very surprised!
