Amex Application Question

Hello I have a question I’m new to this well I apply for Amex card and it’s still in progress for manual review. I want to no have anyone experience this before. This will be my first Amex card I apply for a green card my scores is not bad my Experian score is 776 no negative accounts no inquiries I have 3 au accounts on my file the oldest one is 6 years old I want to no wat change I have for being approved.

That's actually a great score.

I don't know what else is in your profile, other credit history, income etc... but you should be able to get approved with that score. 

Do you have any loans or cards of your own?

No I don’t have any of my own but I don’t have no lates no collections no negative no bankruptcy no inquiries I have 4 accounts that I’m a authorized user on 1 Account is 2.6 years the other one is 1.5 years and the oldest one is 6.1 years

If the AMEX doesn't work out, try for Discover.

They will work with thin files- they have a preapproval site so try it first..

Being an AU is great but some CC's want to see a history of your own- 

I hope you get the AMEX but just in case...

Yes I am I apply for 2 of there cards the Amex everyday preferred card they wanted proof of address for that card that was all

What is the source of your 776 score?  It's important to know if it's a FICO (meaningful) score, or if it's an unmeaningful one like something from the VS 3.0 model.

It’s my actual fico 8 score Experian

Now amex saying they will stick with the original decision because the first time i apply they couldn’t pull my score up because I forgot that I lock my credit file wat can I do it’s no inquiries on my Experian at all but the system still showing in progress
