That application process started spinning and by the 5-10 second mark i hear my notification on my phone ring and it was an approval email. 

the computer spinned for another 15-20 seconds but i already knew the result ...feels good!!!

There should be a Quote button in the top right of the message box when you click reply under the person's post. Hope that helps.
