Amex CLI Question

So I called the dept. that handles CLI's and was told a decision has not yet been made someone from a back end is working on making the decision what does this mean? does it sound positive? after getting the 7-10 day message I called... Looking to go from 2.2K to 6.6K. Smiley Very Happy been with Amex for over 4 years.

I think it means someone is reviewing your file and will get back to you regarding the CLI request.  Patience is key.

Started at 2.2k many years ago so far no HP's and it's still pending...
