Has anyone else had any issues with Amex cli? Tried doing it multiple times throughout today and yesterday and the lady in the chat room wasn't able to process it either. I get an error after hitting submit along the lines of sorry we were unable to load the page.
While I'm on this topic, is 3x the max cli for amex or is that just more of a more likely to actually work sort of thing.
Can't help you with the first part about the error, but as for your second question, yes, 3x is the max they'll approve.
I haven't had an error message, but everything that I've read on here is when amex approves for a low starting limit then it's harder to get a cli. The best bet is to wait it out. That's true for me, but my file is new. My husband on the other hand got approved for 9,500 then 2 months later asked for a cli to 25,000 and got it.
There is a good guide on here about amex 3x increases.
Did the error eventually disappear @micvite and were you able to submit the CLI request?

Error still there, after going through the special cli department on the phone they were able to eventually put one through, waiting for result. I got about 60 emails saying my results are ready (apparently every time I did submit the request it did go through somehow, even with the error)

Any news on the CLI @micvite? I'm assuming that if your CL hasn't changed by now then the request didn't go through.

Still pending, underwriting was just able to access my soft pull because apparently the glitch just messed with their whole CLI system they said 2 more days. Just for DP, app was 11 days ago.
3x is the max CLI AmEx does. I had issues until I tried a slightly smaller than 3x amount
Still waiting... says pending online, every time I call they tell me to wait 2 more days... it's been 17 days do I have anything I can do???

Not unless they request additional information. Sometimes certain requests (new apps or CLIs) can get stuck on the backend. Typically, the back office is the one to resolve these types of instances, but they have no direct contact with the customer. I would just wait it out, even though it's been more than 2 weeks.
