I mark on a calendar when the time is to ask for a CLI because I don't have any HP's to waste heheh

Fortunately it is just a softie,I hope they didnt lie about that as well.......I really would love to speak to someoe over what happened although I know nothing would come of it.And its not the first time they were rude,its ALL the time.I feel like saying "If you hate your job that much,do something else"!
