So, I've been blacklisted from Amex for about 7-8yrs. Over the last couple years when I applied it was auto denial. However, I just applied today as I was given a good chance
of approval from CK. After submitting my app I got a request to verify income and I did so by linking my bank account. Is this usually a good sign of approval?
I just spoke with a representative and she told me that basically underwriting will now take a look and make a decision. Seems like a lot of hurdles to eventually decline my application, right?
anyone have any experience like this or what should I expect ?

they wouldn't have asked if they didn't want to approve you
they'll look over the bank statements and hopefully the bank statements show your income going in and/or have a bunch of money and hopefully it's enough to be approved, good luck

@IssacFair Be prepared for the Amex 4506C merry-go-round. You can do a search on here as there are many posts related to the 4506C requirement. Hopefully, they will not require it from you.
