So I want to add an AMEX to my wallet. Here are my stats:
-1 paid collection for $87
-1 judgement due to fall off the CR in 10/15
-13 Accounts in positive standing/No lates
-My Ex is 658 however my utilization is crazy high and I'm working at lowering every pay.
What AMEX should I aim for?

The Delta is the easiest to get from what I gathered from the forum. They aren't too keen on a high utilization though. Bring the util down below 20% or less to get the best pissbile chances.

Amex has different kinds of cards. What do you want the card to do for you? Mile points or cash back? As each have different underwriting criteria...
You shouldn't apply for any, work on improving your score and lowering your util.
report perfect utilization and you can probably get any amex you want (within your income range of course)
many approvals with upper 600's ex which you will probably hit with 1-9% UTIL reporting on 1 card (0 on the rest)

This is good advice. With your score and "crazy high" utilization, an Amex revolving credit card is probably/almost certainly out of reach. At most you'd get a charge card, but it seems that you should pay down your existing balances, then go from there.
Delta Skymiles is probably the easiet from what I've seen here and based on my recent app. I applied with a 689 EX and 41% util. After playing the waiting game, I was approved so depending on what "crazy high" is you may have a chance. I agree to wait though, I already have a plan to pay down my 2 cards with high util before even using the AMEX.
Wait for that judgement to fall off
Thanks everyone for the input. I figured that waiting to October for the judgement to fall off would be the best. That way my untilization will be ideal and that my credit will be squeaky clean.
