Apple CC GS

Is their anyway of paying for your card bill each month that is not on have to do it on the phone? It would not let me put in an application for the card on my new iPhone that i use but would let me do it on my old iPhone. Uggh. Can I link it to my new phone even thought the apple id's were different?

Re: Apple CC GS

Apple launched this website a while back to manage your account if you're not on your iphone

Not sure about your question regarding ongoing since the Apple ID's are different.

Re: Apple CC GS

You can pay your Apple Card bill via their website:

https://card.apple.com

My understanding, in order to have your Apple Card linked to your newer device, the Apple ID needs to match or be the same in order to link your Wallet & Apple Pay profile.

Re: Apple CC GS

I am not sure if it is advisable to have more than one apple account. Not sure why you want to have two accounts. I have 5 Apple devices ( 2 Phones, 2 computers, 1 iPad) and they all use the same Apple ID and works fine. I do have a separate Apple ID for my business and software development that I keep it separate but never used with Apple Wallet or other Apple supported features.

I was told my people at the store once when I was buying device saying that you can only have 5 devices on any apple id at one time and they made me open a new apple id.

So, do you currently have 5 registered or linked devices on the first or oldest Apple ID? My understanding was that you could have >5, but I think the limit was 10, IIRC.

You can pay and view your Apple Card bill at card.apple.com

Unfortunately the Apple Card is tied to a specific Apple ID and can't be transferred/ moved to a different Apple ID. You would have to close the account and apply for the card again using the other Apple ID. I wish they would change this policy.

If you are somehow able to log into iCloud using the Apple ID your card was approved with on your new phone that would be the way to get the Apple Card on your new iPhone.

Re: Apple CC GS

I hate that the closed the old apple card that I had with Barclay's that turned it into a useless card, it was so much better not being tied to one account.
