I've been trying to apply for the Apple Card and keep receiving this same error message. I've waited over 30 days so I know it's not a duplicate application message.
when I've called Goldman Sachs they tell me to make sure TU has all my correct information because it may be not matching my application. Has anyone solved this before and gotten approved?
Months.....I've gotten that message for months. I even made sure my name and everything completely matched up with my iCloud. My Apple ID use to reflect my maiden name only not my maiden-married last name. Only thing I did different before approval was get a new ID (old one was issued in a different state and not those new Real IDs) and not apply for 2 months. After that, I applied, they asked for my ID and less than a hour later I was approved.
@Trini88 thanks for the insight, I'm going to wait a few months before trying again. It doesn't ask me for my ID, just gives me this message.
I'm gardening right now but always check the apple soft approval to see if anything comes up. Hopefully in the next 3 months this error message will stop displaying.

It never asked for my ID until I waited 2 months. I always just got that same message you got. Only after waiting those 2 months did it finally ask for ID.
You also might want to check the third party smaller bureaus such as LexisNexis, SageStream, Early Warning Services (EWS) and make sure all of your information is correct on there.
@OmarGB9 any idea how I even get in contact with any of those smaller CRA's?

I Googled them and followed the instructions to pull my reports. Be ready for some serious pages on LexisNexis. I had 122 pages in my report. More than half was addresses and many variations of misspelled names for me.
Yep, i've seen this happen before, it happened to me before i eventually got approved. basically you've applied too many times and possible information you provided between apps may not have matched, so what i did was wait 90days and was approved instantly on the 91th day.
and when i got this error, it may have been between variations of including my middle name or middle initial or not including it at all. what worked for me is making sure that if my Drivers License had my middle name, that it matched my same as the app.
Good luck, let it cool off, you will get it.

How reassuring and refreshing...
@RonelTheGeek my middle name is listed on my DL, but I don't see a field to enter a middle name when applying. It's super annoying to not know what piece of information is kicking it out..
