Requested a CLI this morning (9:15am), denied-
The last CLI was Aug 10, 2021 ($4000->4500) about 4:45pm
I counted 91 days from immediately after the last request. Should I try again tomorrow or wait a couple extra days?
Maybe it's best to start the count from the following day after CLIs and applications...?
PS- I inquired if I should include stocks in my income, they said no. I asked because Amex had specifically mentioned including stocks for a recent CLI.
how much have you spent on it since Aug?
CLI's arent guaranteed after 91 days - i was denied a couple of times, before i got my latest $2k increase - that was after months of $1k + spend on it
Aug total $600, Sept $130, Oct $400. Before my first CLI, spending was well under $100 each month.
so you are averaging 10% or under on a monthly basis - they may not see a need to increase your CLI based on that
you may want to use it for all your spend for 2-4 months - show them you are pushing harder than 10%
buying an apple device seems to help some people -but dont spend money just for a CLI....
good luck to you

I'm going to tend to agree here with @RSX
GS likes to see activity on their cards and with 10% util each month, there isn't much incentive for them. Sure, you can ask again and again as each one is a SP so it's not negatively effecting your CB profile but you may not warrant a different result until you spend more on the card. Even if say your score has gone up since application, UTIL has gone down, profile gets better etc....all things you would think are important...and they are....however, that other piece of the equation for GS is use! I've been successful in CLI's at the 6 month mark
I say put all possible spending through the card via Apple Pay and try again.
Never mind, Googled how to do it, but they declined me...sigh. Had card since 08/2019. Current CL is $40K and have total balance of $2500 on there and make $500.00/month payments. Only use to buy Apple products, nothing else. Never late and never asked for CLI until just now.
I received that message once at 90 days. I asked again the following day and was approved.

- You recently received a credit limit increase on Apple Card
You may request a CL by requesting an increase via the Apple Messenger application.
My first increase I received was automatic within about 2-3 months of initially receiving my card. After the first increase I requested another increase about 5 months later and was denied their response was akin too I am spending too little or under utilizing my current CL.
Well out comes the new Max Pro so once again I requested a CL to assist with the additional expense of my purchases and was approved with several thousands dollars increase.
Good luck!
