Apple Card Test - Denial

Filled out an application for the Apple Card today just to test the waters to see what CL they'd give me. I did this months ago and they offered a 4k limit but I didn't accept the approval since I was planning on getting some Chase business cards. Unfroze my TU and to my surprise they denied it. My TU is currently at 776 Fico 8. Only thing I can think of is I have I think 12 or 13 inq's on my TU from a truck purchase. Given my current cards I thought I'd be a shoo in, guess not. 

Oh well. I shoot. Don't Score. I suck.

New inquires did it if still interseted in a few months can try pre-qual again once those inquiries calm down.

I'm not too worried about it tbh. I wasn't really interested as I'm using CCs for travel rather than Cash Back now. Unfortunately I got the BCP before I made that transition.

card is nothing special and likely will be sold to synchrony bank within next year from GS as apple and GS are having a divorce.  Whom receives the card is anyone guess, but with risk appetite and company use to handle risk best is likely sync.

The only thing cool about the Apple card is the titanium card.
Sadly, the physical card is quite useless, as it doesn't give the same bonuses as via Apple Pay!
