For the last 3 months I have been putting 50 bucks spend on mines. I asked for an increase a week ago and it went from 7500-8000. Lol
I finally got my increase after 4 failed attempts. 5th times the charm and all it took was....financing a new iPhone. 4500 to 5750. Woot woot
Posting to add data points to update my prior analysis in-thread.
It still appears that Goldman Sachs wants spend at least 25% to 30% of credit limit before granting an increase. It also appears that heavier spend may sometimes lead to much larger relative increases. Some members have spent 100%+ of credit limit and doubled their existing credit limit on the CLI.
After my recent experiment, it appears that the current cap for CLI (regardless of spending) may be at $10K per CLI request. That seems to be especially relative at higher CL's of $20K or above. Besides a single DP that referenced a $15K increase (from $15K to $30K,) there have been multiple members (including myself) reporting an upper limit of $10K per CLI.
