I was approved.  $15k starting limit.  However, still can't find the APR.  It wasn't in the email and isn't in my app - yet.  Guess I'll wait the 4 days for the card to show up and read the welcome paperwork.  But, I got it!  Phew!

Good for you. This is a different kinda bank I will say. Happy for ya. Nice cl too! Maybe I will have some better luck with them down the road. Enjoy it!
