Considering Ink+ for 60K but I know I should wait for 70K/3K later this year. Smiley Wink

Definately wait.. I want to see if I can get one under my SSN, But I doubt it.  We will see.

Well I figure if I get 70K/3K offer I can prepay cell/cable for the year and get 85K UR out of the deal.

What do you mean? It is exactly as I said. I can prepay my Cable/Inet, and Phone bills for 5x pts for 15K UR and get the 70K spend bonus along with it. I can then BT what I can't pay immediately to something with good 0% offer. Hopefully get another promo from NFCU by then.

Like I said before, I can meet spend bonuses just fine without industrialized spending. Smiley Happy

Yup. Not so risky. That's the way I've met my spend bonuses too, though getting Amex Serve has been a bit tempting for those issuers that don't care as much.

Tradelines: Macy’s - $18k, Penfed Power Cash Rewards - $10k, Ethan Allen (TD Bank) - $5.7k, Kay Jewelers - $5.5k, Appliances Connection - $5.3k, Jared - $5.25k, Best Buy (Citi) - $5k, Dell Preferred Account - $3.5k, Samsung - $3.2k, Firestone CFNA - $3.2k, Capital One Platinum - $3k, Mercury MC - $2.25k, Williams Sonoma - $2.1k, Wayfair (Fortiva) - $2k, Amazon Store Card - $1.8k, Apple Card - $1.7k, NFCU cashRewards - $1.5k, CareCredit - $1.5k, B&H Photo - $1.5k, Adorama - $1.25k, Ebay MC - $1k, Sam’s Club MC - $1k, American Eagle - $1k, Ollo MC - $600, Mission Lane Visa - $500, NY & Company - $500, Walgreens - $500, Home Depot - $500, Target RED Card - $500, CapOne Secured MC 0 AF - $500, Penfed Overdraft LOC - $500

Current FICOS: Mid 640s-50s on all reports, Ch 7 BK D/C Aug 2019
Starting scores: EX - 534, EQ - 574, TU - 516 | Total TLs: $91k approx | Total Utilization: 17%, getting this back down

Re: Approval odds for Chase Freedom, and or CSP

If you can meet a spend bonus without any kind of "that" spending, I'd encourage you to do so. No reason to use Serve just because you feel an issuer doesn't care, because you could always be proven wrong on that! But, we aren't supposed to do discuss this stuff so...that's all I'm saying

It's good to see that in ~4 months, Nixon, you have grown a lot credit wise! This thread from early October is before most of your cards!

Re: Approval odds for Chase Freedom, and or CSP

I'll keep that sort of talk away from these forums and not allude to it again but some ppl here have mentioned something about using Amex serve to pay bills so I was interested in that aspect really.

@Popa,

There is nothing wrong in using Serve to pay bills legitimately.
