Approved for Chase: should I continue applying?

I'm super excited! Waited a full year to get out of 5/24, then waited till the first of the next month to apply for the Chase Freedom. Applied on Friday @ 7am, with the 30 day message. Called the automated line, got told 2 weeks, and was encouraged based on this flow chart which turned out to be perfectly right:

Monday (today) I called the automated @ noon, and it changed to approved for $7,000!!!! So excited!! Glad I didn't call recon immediately!

However, my next question is, should I apply for another card? The Chase card fulfils a 1%- 5% category card, but I still want a dedicated dining card. I wanted the Barclay's UBER and/or the US Bank Cash+. Given I was approved on 6/4, should I apply for other cards before the account reports? Should I wait a day or two to ensure the open date isn't today and Chase bicker over which card was opened first.

I had EX and EQ pulled by Chase. I just know my TransUnion was also marked up by BoA inquiries for CLIs (one in Jan, one in March) (one of them improper and I'm in the process of having it removed), so not sure. However, my inquiries are all ranging around 4 or so on each bureau. I haven't updated my signature yet.

Just super excited to finally start my career off with Chase, and for my 2nd highest limit of my 6 cards!!! Chase really wanted to edge out the other issuers by a bit 😁 but really want to know, is one more card waking a sleeping bear, or is it fine?

Re: Approved for Chase: should I continue applying?

I'm leaning Barclay's Uber or US Bank Cash+. Both sensitive banks. I think UBER would be more straightforward than Cash+. My siggy has most my details, but scores hover ~780-800 mark, I have around 4 inquiries on each report, but most of my lines are around 5-6k at this point. Have 6 cards now, 1 opened 0 months ago not reporting, 3 opened July 2017, 1 March 2017, 1 May 2016.

Only worry is Barclay's pulls TU, and I have a lot of BoA inquiries on it. Oct 2017, Jan 2018, and Mar 2018 (mistake, being removed but still there). Will these matter?

Income is $35k if that makes a difference. Check siggy for more info

Both banks do not like inquiries, BUT, I think you should be fine since they're not a lot.  Barclay has a good recon process if you get denied. IMO, i would do Barclay then US Bank.

Sounds like a good course of action. I will give it a shot maybe tomorrow with Barclay's, unless others have other input. I also wanna reach the minimum spend on the cards too, I'm a little frugal though. Also, felt necessary but forgot earlier, all cards are at 0% except Discover IT Chrome, which is my current dining card @ 2% cash back, at 5% utilization. Always pay in full.
