Im totally in the garden. (I have to keep saying that to myself!) I go and check all my accounts everyday and for the first time I noticed the luv button on my BOA account. It takes 2 days for me to stop rubbing it before I actually pushed it! LOL! So I asked for 25K (WTH right?) got the 7-10 day! Dang!!! wonder if I asked for too much? got 108k income 0 util. card already at 11k never carry a balance anywhere across the board on my cards. by the way for data points, it was exactly 90 days from the opening of the card before the CLI button popped up.
I don't think you asked for too much, they will counter offer what they can give you. Heck, my limit is only $800, and I straight up ask for $20k. At least in my situation, the 7-10 day is always a denial (for me).
Im going to guess its a denial. Do you have your TU open or frozen, because if its frozen, they still need it open for that, and the 7-10 day could mean they were unable to check your report.
Ive tried it frozen before, and my denial letter always stated unable to view credit report or something like that, but when I unfreeze it, my denial letters are the true reasons, LOL.
nah TU is open and only 1 inq. problem with me is too many new accounts. like 5 cards this year only 2 are credit cards tho.. who knows.. It dont matter just had an itch that needed to be scratched...LOL

Well, just see what the letter says (im assumming you're getting one), and go from there. Mine states :account hasnt been open for 12 months, and not enough banking relationship or something to that effect (I have none with them).

As mentioned above OP, BoA typically counters if you aim for Pluto, but they give you Mars instead (or somewhere in between). Since the CLI request is SP, no harm, no foul 😁
Potentially, if declined, the letter may state the recent new accounts and/or excessive inquiries. If so, let things breathe for a bit and then try again at some point.
LOL @FinStar...
LOL! I was desperate to push a button I cant lie! I have a problem gardening. Hopefully they dont go backwards and give me Mercury...
all of a sudden im in the mood for star wars... Ill keep yall updated!
I recently hit the luv button after 3 months of opening and forgot to unlock my TU and EX. My denial letter stated that very reason. I unlocked and hit the luv button once more. I have a couple of accounts reporting at $35k, so I shot for $35k. BOA countered with a $6k increase. So I went from $6k to $12k. It's a start. BOA sent me a letter stating reasons why they couldn't fill the $35k request. The letter said something about not enough of a banking relationship with BOA ($10k in accounts also 3 months old) and sufficient credit between BOA and affiliates or something to that effect.
