No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Is there such a thing anymore? If so, who?
I stepped away from credit for about 18 months and I'm surprised to see them amount of hoops that one is required to jump through for approvals from credit unions. From browsing the credit card approvals section, seems in every CU approval I come across, being approved takes days and its, somewhat, conditional due to all of the documentation required to be provided.
I'm trying to set myself up to do an app spree later this year this feels like a bit of a deterrent and moving me more towards big/mid-tier banks.
Credit unions are less able to weather volume fraud than the large banks are so, of course, they've begun to implement somewhat strict anti-fraud measures that make everything a severe pain in the dupa. Even many of the banks are doing similar things these days. Soon enough they'll probably want retina scans & DNA to even cash a check...
Considering how many people lie on applications alone, I think there should be even more of a process 😂

Agreed, I joined NFCU a few months ago and it was a single phone call and I was in.
Chapter 13:
