Yup! They had me call just to tell me I had to wait 60 days.
Thanks, everyone for the info!

I just got this email at 1156pm. I already don't want to call. It's my first Amex product. I'm bumping an old post so I don't have to create a new one with the exact same subject.
Are these phone calls EVER good news?
Wasn't for me lol! But I ran into another poster who tried on activation, denied, tried on 61, denied - called in and they stated it had to be 91 days from denial. SO I personally am not even going to try at 61 and just wait for 91. I wouldn't recommend trying at activation. Just wait the 61 days or else you might be pushed back to 91. YMMV, of course.
Blasted. I tried upon activation.
UPDATE: called, they said 60 days. After 6o days they'll be happy to process the credit limit increase request. I'll call on day 61. I'm glad this is over and done with.
I just tried and I have a funny feeling they're going to tell me 91 days also. ![]()
