BMO Harris Denial

I applied for the BMO non rewards platinum Mastercard and was a bit surprised at being declined. All my FICO 8s are between 770-780 but they pulled TU. Said my score was 702 which appears to be my FICO10t TU score....anybody know if that is what they are using? Reasons for decline were "no real estate experience" and too many recent inquiries....I've got 3 on TU in the past year....so surprised....no big deal but just was shocked when it appears they've pulled my FIVO 10t

Yeah I don't like denials but there reasons seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel to me....I mean the no mortgage excuse for a credit card always makes me laugh.....I'm just surprised about the FICO10t thing....didn't think lenders would be jumping on board with that so quickly

@Wolverinepolski yah that scares me to especially because my scores with 10t dont even compare to 8 or 9

This would be the first time I've heard of a lender using 10T.

Well I could be wrong but it is the only score on the denial letter that matches the number they gave.....my FICO10t and FIVO 10 are the only scores right around 700-705.....all my other ficos are 755+
