BOA CLI? 7-10 Message..

Its been over a year since my cli link showed up on my account, i was very excited. Asked for an increase & got the 7-10 message but link is still there. Did i ask to much or flat out denial?

Current limit - 13,000

Requested - 35,000

Age of card - 4 Years, 1 Month

Income - More than 2x limited requested

Fico Scores - Hovering above 700.. *710-720*

Should i wait for letter? Request again for a smaller amount? 30k? Any ideas? Thanks

BoA will counteroffer so there is no real harm in making an aggressive request.

7-10 days just means that something related to your profile was out-of-bounds for the autobot to deal with so the request was remanded for manual review but an underwriter.    Depending upon workload turnaround could be less than 24 hours up to close to the full 30 days but usually it's less than 5 business days.

The "request a credit limit increase" will be there until tonight's batch run.    If it is still there tomorrow however unfortunately it signifies a probable denial.     If approved you'll get an email notification and the updated CL will show up online within minutes.

That would be  "review by an underwriter".  Not sufficiently caffeinated yet this morning.

Well, given that's it's been roughly about ~36 hours since the op, I would give it more time.  If the limit doesn't change within the next 72 hours, then it's likely it may not have been approved.  Definitely keep the thread posted with any updates.

Since it's Friday afternoon I'll make a reminder that BoA underwriters normally work weekday business hours.  Don't read anything into there being either no notification or change in status on your account over the weekend.

Still no increase.. What to do ? Should i call or submit another increase limit? Link is still there !
