I called the number above and a senior analyst picked up. He was nice but said there are no offers and this is the lowest apr for me. He advised me to check out bettermoneyhabits.com to understand why. Thanks buddy and i know that website. He had zero interest in me lol. Oh well roll of the dice!
Ugh. Sorry. Its a specific department - rate reduction team. If I can find another number ill tell you. You could also ask Customer Service to transfer you and not mention the purpose.
