From data points, they pull Experian or TransUnion depending on the region. YEMV.

The card should unescure quickly and grow with SP CLI.

Oh, I didn't know they pulled both, my bad.

At 5th month, call into csr and ask for early graduation. If denied, try following month until successful.

Pulls can vary by region in some cases. Some banks basically always pull a certain bureau and others change it around more depending where you are.

Back when BoA used to hard pull for CLI, it was (IME) a HP on TU for CLI requests. But new card apps were always EX.

That's correct, but they would reuse the same HP for 30 days regardless of whatever the followon application was for.  If you had applied for a CLI first a followon CC application would be evaluated using the TU data.
