Back when BoA used to hard pull for CLI, it was (IME) a HP on TU for CLI requests. But new card apps were always EX.
That's correct, but they would reuse the same HP for 30 days regardless of whatever the followon application was for. If you had applied for a CLI first a followon CC application would be evaluated using the TU data.
