Just been approved for 6000$ but was looking for about 15000$ to do a balance transfer
@kyenku, there's no credit analyst or UW you can talk to with Capital One. Whatever SL you're approved for is the CL assigned. It cannot be reconsidered.
Thank you.
Also what about Citi Simplicity? The credit limit approved was 12500... can I call the credit Analyst to ask them if they can increase that to 20000?
Thanks

You can contact them or submit the request online after you've received/activated the card. It will be another HP with no guarantees if Citi determines that what's been extended is adequate for your overall profile. You are welcome to roll the dice if you feel your profile supports it.
Yeah they said it would be another Hardpull I said no thanks...
Same with Wells Fargo... they also gave me only 2500$

I'd just be grateful for the approval and move on. You can eventually qualify for a SP CLI with Citi within 6 months depending on your overall profile. WF is a mixed bag and would likely require a HP for any CLI requests. Just let time do its thing.
Not sure if this is the place for it. But I noticed Union Bank is not on this list. I happen to have the number of their credit card underwritting department. 800-711-6471
